Multi-year partnership will support Gloucester Rugby employees while introducing the new Mike Teague Lounge by Thrive at Kingsholm

Gloucester Rugby is delighted to announce a new multi-year partnership with Thrive, the workplace financial wellbeing platform backed by Blackfinch Group.

As Official Financial Wellbeing Partner, Thrive will support Gloucester Rugby's employees through its workplace financial wellbeing platform while also becoming the naming rights partner of the Club's brand-new Mike Teague Lounge at Kingsholm.

Alongside the new hospitality space, Gloucester Rugby will implement Thrive's platform to support employees with workplace pensions, employee benefits and financial wellbeing, all through a single digital experience. The platform also gives employers valuable insight into workforce financial wellbeing, helping identify financial pressures, improve engagement and measure the impact of their wellbeing strategy over time.

The partnership reflects a shared commitment to investing in people, both on and off the pitch, while creating new opportunities to engage with the Gloucestershire business community.

The Mike Teague Lounge by Thrive will officially open ahead of the 2026/27 season. Located within the Club's matchday hospitality offering, the new lounge blends Gloucester Rugby heritage with modern hospitality to create a distinctive experience for members and guests. Named in honour of one of the Club's greatest ever players, the space will be hosted on matchdays by Mike Teague himself, offering supporters and partners a unique and personal Kingsholm experience.
